My name is Janardhan Reddy. I was born on 3/11/1937 in a village called Peddapally in Karimnagar Dist of Andhra pradesh state, India. I studied in the Govt High school in Peddapally and did my MBBS in Gandhi medical college, Hyderabad.

I am basically from an agricultural family with a religious mind used to practice rituals and was a devotee of Lord Venkateswara and used to visit Tirupati regularly. I had a spiritual bent of mind since my childhood, following traditional methods of worship in the family. After completing medical studies in 1961, devoted more time for rituals. Joined in Post Graduation in Medical science in 1965, but there was more craving for Spiritual life than a better career in medical field and had a strong desire to serve the poor people in the rural areas.

I visited Sri Aurobindo Ashram in 1966 and had darshan of the Mother of Sri Aurobindo Ashram. I wanted to sincerely practice Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and discontinued my post graduate studies in medicine, thinking that basic degree is sufficient for earning livelyhood and devoted more time to Spiritual practice. I was feeling that I was not getting good guidance and not satisfied with my Sadhana.

In 1974 I came to know about the Kriya Yoga as taught by "Yogoda satsangha society of India" at Ranchi, Bihar State, India. I started practising Kriya Yoga as taught by Sri Paramahamsa Yogananda. In 1988 visited Varanasi, birth place of Sri Lahari Mahasay, the Adiguru of Kriaya Yoga. There I was introduced to Kriya Yoga as taught by the Adiguru. I was practicing the methods correctly and sincerely as per the instructions, though it demanded lot of my time. I was not happy with my sadhana as I was not feeling that the clarifications, to the problems of Sadhana, are given to me to my satisfaction.

By that time my son, Dr.Rajasekhar was introduced into the Pranahuti Aided Meditation system and is progressing well. As my luck favoured and due to my intense craving for Realisation, my son took an appointment with Rev.Sri. K.C. Narayana garu(Rev. Sir). I met Rev.Sir on 15/7/93, a sunday at his residence. I consider it as most important and Lucky day in my life. I was overwhelmed with his simplicity, love and affection. He was extremely kind enough in asking me to come for the Introduction on the next day morning. As my medical practice was out of city I have promised to go on 31/7/93.

First introductory sitting was given on 31/7/93. I felt very light, Peaceful and Happy and visualised light from Heart to top of head. Feeling of Peace and lightness continued throughout the day. Second and third introductory sittings are given on 1/8/93 and 2/8/93 and the same condition is felt during these two days also.

Rev.Sir advised me to discontinue the earlier practices in a phased manner. But having experienced the superiority of the system I have discontinued the earlier practices immediately.

Since then I am under the guidance of Rev.Sri. K.C. Narayana garu and have been practicing the system sincerely and making a steady progress. I have been Blessed by Rev. Master with access to Central Region.
